General Statement in all Bids and Contracts

As required by Illinois Public Act 095-0307, all information technology, including electronic information, software, systems, and equipment, developed or provided under this contract must comply with the applicable requirements of the Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act Standards as posted at http://www.dhs.state.il.us/iitaa.

RFPs or Contracts for existing Web Application or Service

As required by Illinois Public Act 095-0307, all information technology, including electronic information, software, systems, and equipment, developed or provided under this contract must comply with the applicable requirements of the Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act Standards as posted at http://www.dhs.state.il.us/iitaa.
As part of verification of IITAA compliance all bids need to include a completed IITAA Web Application Accessibility Compliance Template at http://purchasing.cita.uiuc.edu/templates/web/web-iitaa.php.

RFPs or Contracts for Professional Services for Web Development

As required by Illinois Public Act 095-0307, all information technology, including electronic information, software, systems, and equipment, developed or provided under this contract must comply with the applicable requirements of the Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act Standards as posted at http://www.dhs.state.il.us/iitaa.
As part of verification of IITAA compliance all bids need to include a completed DHS Web-based Information and Applications VPAT at http://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=39911.

Internal Technical Requirements Templates
